The new tradition…
In 2016, Lowenthal returned to the stewardship of horological entrepreneur Harry Guhl, opening a new chapter for the historic maison.
Harry approached the brand not as a conventional revival, but as the continuation of its original essence - refined chronometers and chronographs shaped by mechanical purity and restrained luxury.
Rejecting the conventions of industrial luxury and seasonal collections, Lowenthal approaches watchmaking through a curatorial philosophy. Rather than expanding collections through endless variations, the maison develops singular horological editions: rare mechanical objects crafted in very limited numbers, each rooted in history, emotion, and enduring design.
Each creation is conceived as a curated horological object, uniting artisanal craftsmanship, historical depth, and collector intimacy into a singular expression of fine watchmaking.
